Adds Shuffll Engage — Personalized video at scale to the external plugin catalog. It provides one reusable video campaign skill and an OAuth-protected MCP connection, with source maintained under the official Shuffll GitHub organization.

The entry pins public package 0.2.2 to 7e90f5cc9840b88069cdf1b08370e4fef5dddef5 and declares its MIT package license. The README links to the public source and discloses that service use requires a paid subscription and authorized workspace access. No application source or credentials are vendored.

Validation: catalog JSON and uniqueness checked; native Copilot CLI 1.0.98 direct installation of the exact source verifies version 0.2.2, enabled state, one skill and the HTTP MCP server. The dedicated .plugin/plugin.json avoids a manifest-precedence collision with Google's minimal root plugin manifest. Authenticated service calls were not tested in Copilot. A local candidate-catalog install returned success but did not persist the remote entry in the next process, so catalog-mediated runtime validation is not claimed.

The package contains no executable hooks or scripts. Users authenticate with OAuth, choose an authorized organization and grant scoped permissions. Generation consumes the configured allowance; delivery needs separate configuration and approval. The skill checks current capabilities and distinguishes drafts, generated media, exports and delivery.
